I have tried everything i can think for to loose the weight

Every diet, ect..

I know so much about eating and supplement taking you think htis would all help. I have helphed so many friend lose weight but can't loose any my self

(stupid eh!) So I though i would buy a tredmill. and i love it! i have been on it every day for about a month now burning 600 cals each time. I eat well i don't eat any junk and i have not lost one pound or inches at all ! I was so depressed when i put on my dress pants for our thanksgiving dinner tonight i didnt wanna eat ! I dont knoe what to anymore can some one help me

all that and no loss? have you been to the doctor lately? get tested to make sure your thyroid is functioning correctly and that your not diabetic or anything. how many calories a day were you eating in addition to burning off 600 a day? something doesnt sound right with that...

I have seen a natural doc. I had a bit of tyroid problem and she gave me something for it. Believe me i have done everything and seen everyone.

hmm... that's a bummer =( I wish I knew what to say to help you, but need a bit more information... could you post what you typically eat and portion sizes? b/c that would help as far as suggesting possible changes you could make to your diet. When I started - I thought I was eating healthy, and then someone gave me a kick in the pants and started pointing out all of these things that I was doing wrong - it helped so much!!! 600 cals on a treadmill would be what - about an hour and a half worth? Is that how long you are going? I was just thinking that perhaps your machine isn't giving you the right information.

i just bought my machine a month ago and it accurete. I tryed my mom's tredmill and it gives me the same results.

As for eating
I eat all kinds of fruits and vegs. some sugar no sweetner no soda no junk food

protein shakes

soya milk, tuna beef all good stuff

i appreciate all your help i think i will need to see my doctor again

the protein shakes might be increasing your weight.... might is the operative world there... i'm not an expert, but I do know that my brother drank protein shakes when he wanted to bulk up for football...

If you need help keeping a real and accurate accounting of your diet and exercise try www.fitday.com. It is truely amazing how much "health" food is really cr@p with better packaging.

I'm not so concerned about the failure of weight loss, but you should be converting fat weight to muscle weight (I haven't lost an ounce since I started working out and weight training 18 months ago, but I have lost two dress sizes) and that doesn't sound like it is happening either.

the inces arn't even comming off. I started running 3 times a day starting last thursday burning 600cal per day. and still nothing! belive me I don't eat any crap food mostly organic food on pop no junk no white sugar everthing whole wheat. so go figure!

iv'e had it!

Hi mamabravo. That really is aweful news. All that work and no reward? I think you have the right idea. Have the doc test you. I know that the body can store more water to replace fat loss, but I doubt it would hold onto it for a month. Geez. Let us know if you find anything out. It sounds like you are doing a very healthy approach with more than enough exercise. It really doesn't make sense and I can see why that rope is at its end. I just made a little wish for you that you could start seeing results. Keep us posted and don't let this stop all the good things you are doing for your body right now. Something has to give sooner or later, don't let it be you! Tell those pounds you mean business and you aren't taking no for an answer! hehe I hope that was silly enough to cheer you up just a bit. Hang in there!
