OK. Ive decided to skip the gym idea. im taking a new aproach to getting healthy and working out, ive decided to do it in my own home. so far i have a treadmill, pullup/chin-up bar, set of 15 and set of 20Lb cast iron weights. and i went to walmart and sears where they were both selling similar benches to this one Weider Pro™ 250 Bench - Model 15707 at Sears.com for about the same price. what do you guys think? is it enough to work out @ home?
also i have a question about protein. whats the difference of getting protein from eggs and from Meat? can i switch breakfast and dinner around? or have 2 breakfasts? lol okidoke. thanks
