One of my favorite workouts is Kathy Smith's aerobox video. It's an old video and you can only buy it on VHS but I burned it to a disk. It's a boxing/jump rope video. I started without the jump rope but after three years am gradually working my way to including it. One of these days I'd like to incorporate a punching bag, too.
I do P90X (I only do the legs/back, chest/back, and biceps workouts). I get kind of bored doing those so I had to modify them. If you don't have a ton of upper body strength already then you waste a lot of time standing around waiting for the next exercise. So I will jump rope in between exercises and only do 30 mins of the video. That way it's a pretty intense workout without wasting any time.
I also do The Firm Body Sculpting System (3 different workout videos), Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (tough), and every so often I'll do a yoga workout.
