Sport Assess my diet?

I see a few people do this in here, I'm trying to shed a few pounds...

am 6'2 tall, and weigh 210lbs. Target weight is 192lbs.

My current diet:

8:20am Breakfast. -Smoothie, or Cereal w/fruit. Cereal almost always Weetabix.

10:30am. Snack break. Normally 2 slices of toast with 0% fat jam. Cup of tea.

1:00pm. Lunch. Salad and chicken bowl, or 3% fat Pasta bowl. Fruit juice, and an orange.

3pm. Snack: Banana, and a fruit drink.

6pm. Dinner: Grilled meat, usually chicken or pork chops + grilled veg.
 
looks like you need some more protein... I only see protein in lunch and dinner...
 
I have a whey protein drink, but was reluctant to use it during this 'cutting' stage as it is 7% fat... But I suppose since I'm not taking in much fat in my other meals, two shakes a day shouldn't hurt.

10:30am. Snack break. Normally 2 slices of toast with 0% fat jam. Cup of tea.missng protein, and bread is the last thing you want when trying to cut (I think bread is crap in general)

1:00pm. Lunch. Salad and chicken bowl, or 3% fat Pasta bowl. Fruit juice, and an orange. lose the juice, its as sugary as a can of Coca-cola

3pm. Snack: Banana, and a fruit drink. lose the fruit drink. missing protein again

6pm. Dinner: Grilled meat, usually chicken or pork chops + grilled veg.

You need another meal in there, you never mention when you workout, and your diet is low in healthy fats...you need to toss in an ounce (30grams) of almonds or peanuts, and some fish oil caps. Plus more protein and fewer starchy carbs. could up the veggies more too.
 
Hey thank you everybody. Wow looks like my current diet needs a lot of work.. will keep ya'll posted.
