Ashokan's Log

A good way to motivate your self and keep track is by logging it in. So I have decided to take advantage of this forum and create a personal log. I hope I will be able to keep updating my results and make this log useful.

First of all, I’m Ashokan, I am 19 years old. So Hi to everyone on this forum!!

I am about 5’9” and roughly 145lbs. My currently goal is to gain weight, roughly 15-25 lbs more, and eventually cut back to get the body I want.

Right Now I eat whenever I am hungry. I stop doing my cardiovascular exercise, and I train my chest, abs and arms mostly. I work out about 3 times a week, about 1 hour each session.

Eventually as I read more articles I believe I will be able to have a complete full body workout understanding and thus be able to apply it to myself.

October 9th, 2006 – 145lbs
 
I trained today for about 1 hour.

My weight has increased. I am gaining about half a pound per day. Which I think is very good, and that itself is a great motivation.

October 10th, 2006 = 146 lbs
 
Thanks evolution, I rarely do my legs, but now I make an effort to do them.

Mid terms is finally over, and now I can go back to the gym on a regular basis. I have started a new program. I am also taking a weight training course, given by a certified athletic therapist. Once he finishes with the course, 2 out of 6 weeks done, he will make me a program. I will follow his program.

Instead of bulking, now I am focusing on core training.

I am at 147 lbs today. November 8, 2006.
