Weight-Loss As I put on weight my fat percentage went up, will it go down as I lose weight/

So I used to be 13 stone and 10 percent body fat, I went to 16 stone 23 percent bodyfat, I started cutting out the junk and both my weight and bodyfat are going down slowly, I am now 15 stone and 20 percent body fat. If I keep losing weight all the way down to 13 stone, will my body fat be about 10 percent as well, or does it not work like that/

Just to make that clear, it seems your body fat percentage goes up as you gain weight will it come down as you lose weight, or will I just lose weight and not fat if I cut down the junk food/
 
It is not that straight forward

A lot depends on what sort of exercise you are doing to prevent muscle loss while loosing weight.
 
You probably lost water retention or being bloated. Keep at it.. if you cut out gluten that has a huge impact. How long have y been working out and dueting for

Im down to 19 % bf now and my weight has gone up lol, but its muscle so that's good, I figured if I cant help but consume too many caleries I may as well use them to put on muscle where I want it, but im losing bf and im finding it fairly easy and realistic although its very slow progress, gone from 23 pc to 19pc over 3 months I want 10 pc


basically im not counting caleries but instead im replacing the shed loads of chocolate biscuits I eat with low calorie home made flap jacks, im not eating as many takeaways and I buy in and eat a lot of healthy food, Im eating when ever im hungry, just not highly processed crap

I figured in world war 2 type times no one was obese, and in Asia no one starves themselves to get thin no one hardly is obese, its only when fasts food and refined sweets n drinks etc came about that obesity came about so im just eating more old fashioned
 
Use a simple guide like look at your hand. Eat as healthy as you can. That the size you should have per plate. Thickness of your hand to width and length of your hand. The more healthy u eat the more full u will be using that as a guide. If your going to eat out use your hand as a quantity but as gealthy as u can.

Like im down to 19 % bf am I making really slow progress or is this how long it takes?

So I went from 20% bf and 15 stone on Nov the 2nd to 19 % bf and 16 stone on nov 30th, my gut is noticeably reduced but my face fat is still there and only slightly reduced, got some mean ass delts to boot
 
Boots scales, I know ur gonna say they are inaccurate but they are pretty damn good, ive used the same scale at the same boots for years when I was 22 I was 10 bf now at 30 im 19, when I was fatter I measured 23 % , whatever you say , the machine is reflecting reality so its not that inaccurate
