I am new to this place, Just joined in today. I have a Question, i had a lapband surgery back in june and have lost abt 75 lbs, now i am stuck for a month and half with no results so i have been working out off and on, well from 2 weeks i am working out straight to break my Plateau.
My question is I did strengh training yesterday with bands on Wii Fit a game called " Active More Workouts " its great i love it. Anyways I did exercises with the Band and now the back of my shoulders and armpits are soar.. Did i do the exercises right or wrong? i am trying to target my (BATWINGS) my arms, (biceps & Tricepts) please help me out if anyone can, what can i do to tone my full body???
