Okay, so i'm 19 years old, 5'6, and I currently weigh 255 lbs. I find that my problem stems from mostly my lack of exercise. I do pretty well with the eating but the exercise just gets boring and repetitive and I wind up stopping it. Living in Upstate New York during the winter (snow constantly!! ) there are not many alternatives. But I'm definitely going to try a lot harder because I want to get the weight off by my 20th birthday (which is next year). So I've given myself enough time and i'm really going to need you guys' daily support!
