I have no idea what that is, if you list the macro breakdown I could tell you.

It's a mixture of eggs, milk, flour and beef drippings.

I've never had it, but the flour and fat (high GI carbs and saturated fat) is not something you want to do often.

beef drippings? stuff sounds more like heavy duty gravy than 'pudding'.

then again you wacky English eat blood pudding, among other nasty food items.

gotta agree with cynic though, the flour alone makes it a poor food item...mixing in a bunch of fat with it makes it that much worse.
definitely a 'cheat food'

yumm i have Yorkshire Puddings every sunday for my sunday dinner i eat about 10 they are so nice! mixture of eggs, milk, flour and then put in oven to rise,

You dont have to use beef dripping - I use olive spread.

for 2 servings.
2 heaped table spoons of flour
1 whole egg
1 small knob of olive spread (I dont weigh it but I guess about 15g)
splash of milk to mix it up and make it sloppy.

They are not really really bad for you, only 5g of saturated fat per serving, and another 10g of unsaturated. However on top of roast potatoes and tonns of veg its not really a good idea.

Malkore - we call it black pudding. Its 70% coagulated blood and 30% pure beef fat pumped in to a pigs intestine. It really is gross, I tried it once.

Anybody had tripe? Its a sheeps stomach lining, scraped out and boiled. Looks and tastes like phlegm.

How about haggis? All the brains, guts and scraps of meat mixed with oats and stuffed in to an inside-out pigs stomach and boiled.

No? Pigs snout anyone? no?

I live in Virginia, :( i'd love to try haggis though, The black pudding is F***ing disgusting and if you eat that you have a damn problem. The pig intestines thing doesn't sound too bad, I'd try that. Anyone know a place in VA that i can get haggis? been really wanting to try it out for some reason.
