Sport Are these ok for snacks?

Hi Guys, just a quick question, im cutting and im bored of the same old same old snacks...do these Protein cookies look ok to have as a snack?

Would i be having too much protein if i had one of these cookies and a protein shake after a workout?

Ingredients

6 Egg Whites
1 3/4 Cup of oatmeal
2 Tsp Splenda or Low Calorie Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Flavouring / Extract
1/2 Cup of Apple Sauce...i will probably only do 1/4 of a cup
4 Scoops (Spoon) whey protein powder (chocolate i will use)
1 Tsp Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup raisons

I found these bars on this site....does anybody know the nutrional value...and does anybody eat these?

What you guys and gals think?

Cant help you on your question but...

I made them and they were awful, they dont really hold togeather well, and they smell really bad.
