Are These Good Supps To Take?

I have some whey protein that I take 2-3 scopps of in about 12 oz of water each day.I take cellmass when I wake up and post workout.I was also taking Kre-Alklene 1500 post workout but im out of it.So my question is...Is cellmass any good? What else if anything should I be taking?I am trying to gain strenth and muscle.
 
CellMass is good, but plain creatine monohydrate will do.. Finish the bottle and then continue with creatinemono... Make sure your protein intake = your bodyweight, and take a multivitamin, and possibly some EFA's. You'll be fine.
 
is that part true about ur protien intake should equal ur bodyweight in both bulking and cutting conditions? i was told that the body could only process 50-60grams of protein a day.
 
I would say that your body only processess a certain amount of protein (as you say 50-60 grams which I still think is low) when it doesn't need to use it. When you are working out, you break down muscle, and your body needs a lot more protein to repair itself...thus making it process more. Your body is ingenious, and adapts very well.
 
I've heard 50-60g per sitting, which has been pretty much debunked.. it all depends on your body's conditions and your stats to determine how much will be used for building muscle and how much will be stored as fat.
