Sport Are these fruits good to keep?

Sport Fitness
Ive decided I am going to start eating healthier and there are a few fruits that I eat and love. I was wondering if I should get rid of these or not.

Bananas- I usually have about 1 a day.
Dates- I don't know why, I think I might be the only person in the world to LOVE these.(BTW are they a fruit??)
Raisins- They are the Sunmaid 100% Natural Ones.
Watermelon- I am a HUGE watermelon fan, I mostly only have it during the summer. Though I usually have about 1/4 a watermelon a day. Is that excessive?

Thanks in advance.

I love a good date!

I was in Morocco a few years ago and they sell these fantastic fresh dates out of the market stalls that are unbelievable. I ate so many dates that I never wanted to look at one again. Then, last week, I finally bought some again and they went down really well.

Lots of fiber and potassium in dates(so you might want to consider alternating banana/dates.

Thanks, thats probably what I'll do. And if I could force feed the prunes down I would but I find them so gross. Unfortunatley, I'll have to stick with raisins.

Yes, prunes are great.

But I suggest getting a variety of what you like (you can get fiber from other sources as well as in some fruit): Grapefruit, apples, cantelope, stawberries (very low calorie, dependent on the size), and uh huh.....Tomatoes......its a fruit (LOL), though we dont think of it as one. I even eat dried cran berries (very good for you---no refined sugar types though). By the way, I grow my own tomatoes, (the small cherry type), love them ripe off the vine straight or in a salad......fabulous.
