I'm eating these foods every day right now and I was wondering if it was overkill/bad/etc. Any help would be appreciated (I am a 17yo male)
When I wake up I take oatmeal with flaxseeds, mid-morning I eat 4 slices of brown bread with meat (horse or ham, our family doesn't eat meat from cows so..), drink milk and Kelp/Sea Vegetables, however you'd like to call them.
In the afternoon I eat 2 slices of brown bread with peanut butter (is this bad?) with sunflower seeds sprankled across. I fold the bread, I don't put the 2nd slice on the first one dry (so double peanut butter/sunflower seeds). Maybe change the peanut butter for something else? Then I drink milk. (it tastes so good though..) Later on I eat Papaya with cooked soybeans. I wait a while, then I eat a whole carrot.
I eat dinner, which varies every day (on wednesday I eat salmon, on sunday I eat tuna, all the other things vary with my family's mood). An hour after dinner I put pineapple and sesame seeds in the blender and add a spoon of flaxseed oil. I think this 'shake' tastes really well but my whole family's opinion begs to differ.. Hehe.. After another hour I drink a fruit shake which varies every day.
I drink water throughout the whole day (2-3 liter a day).
