Quaker Oats 90 Calorie gronola bars
100 Calorie Snack Bites (6 little cookies)
Special K 90 Calorie Bars
Honey Wheat Tortilla Wraps- 120 Calories (That's better than 2 pieces of Whole Wheat Bread which is 200 calories)

These foods aren't my main of course, but are they ok if I eat one maybe everyday?
 
Just check the sugar counts. I sometimes make wraps instead of sandwiches. But I do love this new wonder bread I found.
 
Yeah i mean they aren't horrible however they should be more treats rather than everyday staples or just pick one of those to have each day as a treat to yourself kind of thing it it helps stop the cravings for worse things.
 
Eating one of those per day and the rest of your menu is excellent? Sure not bad. But eating wholesome, unpackaged foods is the optimal choice. However given your particular circumstance... these may be way better than what you used to eat :)

It all depends. Just try to eat "real" foods more than not. Also be sure each meal has a protein and a carb. It helps to even out blood sugar levels and slow digestion down.
