Are there any danders in exercising ?

Hello everyone, I am new here and I dont know if I post in the correct forum anyway I am going to start describing my situation

I never had any big changes in my physic... I am a little overweighted (not obese but I have a belly and some extra fat on my upper feet too fig to consider me an average shape but not too big to say like I have a baby or something :p - oh I am a male by the way)

and I had that physic from my childhood untill now (24 years old)

Despite that I was not so much athletic I could do just well -I could play hours of soccer (I am european) or basketball without feeling exausted just sweeting and breathing fast at the end- I also could run around a football field for like 2 hours and sprint at the last few rounds and that made me feel very nice it was a strange kind of pleasure after running I felt warm and so alife ... (though I didnt run many times in my life)

that was all untill I got 19 or so

then I started studying and didnt move at all I am mostly sitting on my desk or couch now and I walk a few times to nearby places or to go to the bus etc.. nothing much

I started feeling that something is wrong with me when I caught up with some old friends and played a game of basketball... I was totally exausted the first 5 minutes of the game.. and I wast even running all the time as I used too... before my 19th year I could run up and down the field playing soccer or bascket with no problem and now I cound even make 5 minutes...

I also notice that I am getting exausted within a few miutes when I have intercourse with my girlfriend thats why I started to train a few days ago...

I began with a stationary bicycle... it has an 8 kilogram flywheel and I use the top gear (hardest) first 2-3 days I couldnt make more than 5 minutes I just counldnt... then the 4th day I made 10 minutes everything was ok I just got exausted...

5th day I made 15 minutes without getting exausted

6day though something strange happened... I made 25 minutes.. but not only I got exausted I also felt my right hand like getting out of blood I had a bad feeling in my chest -cant describe it as pain but it was bad- and my left hand was very redish....

and I didnt feel that pleasand feeling I had when I used to get exausted out of training or playing when I was younger than 19...

7nth day I made 35 minutes but the same problems

8th day I made an hour but my right hand did contract and I couldt control it for like a few seconds....... then I start fearing about something is wrong with me...

I run again the bicycle now for about an hour and like 30 minutes but every time I finish I feel very bad for like 1-5 minutes... nothing good..

I stopped doing the bicycle for a month now (for other reasons) and I think I am starting to get exausted easy again...

Now I plan starting running... when I did once though I got dizzy and wanted to puke at the end... I didnt puke but I had that feeling and a pain in my front neck....

so is it safe for me to go to the limitis and run? or does this mean (me wanting to puke at the end) that I have a problem??

thanks a lot for reading this big post and sorry for the typos.. I am not a native english speaker.

Typically, if you don't have any known health problems, there's no danger associated with physical activity.

In Canada, it's common protocol for anyone who enters any type of exercise group or class to complete to rule out any health concerns. Since you experienced chest pain, you probably want to see a doctor to rule out any heart or lung problems. The pain could simply be from your body not being used to the activity, but you should rule out all other possibilities.

And I wouldn't worry too much about feeling sick. Even high-end athletes puke with they go hard.

Last time I checked my heart etc (before 6 months) I was ok.. so even if after much training I feel little bad or a little dizzy and even trhow up its not a big concern? it happens to others aswell?

I am worried because earlier in my life with similar exersise I didnt had those feelings at all infact I was feeling a strange ephoria like I did a massage session or whatever :p the absolute oposite of now.... and I dont think its because I got old cause I am still 24... I am young right? :p

The feelings of dizziness and sickness in exercise are usually caused by fatigue, low blood sugar, and dehydration, and the fact that you're not in as good shape as you were years ago probably worsens the effect. If you're that worried, though, ask your doctor. And again, with the chest pains, I would still recommend ruling out any other conditions, anyway. It's better to be on the safe side.
