I read this article a while back that mentions that they were rated by NASA as the most effective form of excercise of all. They excercise the entire body efficiently and even every single cell. They reduce the shock (if that's a bad thing) that can be found in other aerobic excercises (such as in running) when one strikes the ground. They improve circulation and lymph drainage...etc.
But what are your experiences and do you think they are worth getting into just for these extra benefits such as the lymph and cell thing which might not be available in other forms of excercise? Are these claims true?
