I love raisins, but with 130 calories in only 1/4 of a cup, is that too much? I'd really love to eat a handful without worrying about all those calories.
if you can read the calories on the label, the fat should be right below them on the nutrition facts. but no, they arent full of fat, but they do have a lot of sugar.
