Weight-Loss are eggs ok to eat past use by date?

I have eggs in my fridge used by date was the 2nd of feb are these ok still to eat?

Also I have a carton of liquid eggwhites which I havent opened yet in my fridge and the used by date was the 3rd of Feb, anyone know if this is ok to use still? thanks

put the unopened egg in a bowl of water.

If it sinks it should be alright, if it's neutral buoyancy it's questionable, if it floats throw it.


can't help with liquid egg white.

Tourny is right. With the liquid egg whites, salmonella can easily thrive in it so I would rather suggest throwing those away.
