Sport are cheerios bad?

ok so i love cheerios and i was just wondering if theyre alright to eat?

also, is it alright to mix my whey into nonfat milk PWO?

Cheerios are a great choice as far as cereal goes. there is a decent amount of fiber and they really do help reduce LDL cholesterol. Also there is hardly any sugar which is pretty rare to find in most cereals.

I used to eat them a lot too, they're a bit tasteless. I'm a bit of a sucker for high sugar cereals like nutrigrain and uncle toby's oat crisp :p

There are way better options like Oatmeal.

I would mix the protein powder in water PWO cuz it has no fat that way, but its not that big of a deal if u really want to add milk.

Primary ingredient is oats, and sugar is very low for a dry cereal (assuming you mean the original style plain ones, not the honey nut or other flavored ones which are high in sugar). One of the best dry cereals around, but still has a high glycemic index, which may not be desirable depending on the circumstances. If you want to eat oats but don't want to high glycemic index, plain oatmeal is a good choice.

Exactly, cheerios are "alright" to eat, but there are dozens of better choices for carbs such as:

rolled oats, steel cut oats, quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, yams, muesli, wheat germ, and more... processed foods are garbage

Mixing whey into nonfat milk is fine unless that is of course, if you're lactose intolerant.
