Heya guys I want to do aqua aerobics in an all ladies night. I done it once years ago and it was really fun! I want to swim lanes but am currently embarrassed of my "technique". I haven't been swimming in years since my old swim friendly friend and I parted ways. I am in my early twenties and 5'6 @ 12.10st (178lbs). I don't carry it well and unclothed I look awful.
I was wondering if anyone here has been before overweight and how did it go? I really really don't want to go there and find slender women doing and also I don't want to be the only young woman either! I am wondering if I should be annoying and ask to spectate a session?
