Sport Aptonia protein powders worth the money?

Sport Fitness
Hi, this question is one probably just for people living in Europe. Aptonia is a Decathlon brand, so I think they don't sell in in the US. Still, I include the composition of their protein powder for you to take a look.

Wheat maltodextrin, fructose, potato starch, milk proteins, low-fat cocoa, whole milk, egg white powder, calcium caseinate, flavour, salt, vitamins C, B6, B2, B1, emulsifier: soya lecithin. May contain traces of: gluten, celery, sulphur dioxide, sulphites and lupine. Nutrition information per 100g: energy 363kcal (1540kJ), 20g protein, 63g carbohydrate, 3.5g lipid, 420mg calcium, 275mg phosphorus, 0.5mg vitamin B1, 0.6mg vitamin B2, 0.7mg vitamin B6, 1.8µg vitamin B12, 25mg vitamin C. Nutrition information per 40g: energy 145kcal (616kJ), 8g protein, 25.2g carbohydrate, 1.4g lipid, 168mg calcium, 110mg phosphorus, 0.2mg vitamin B1, 0.24mg vitamin B2, 0.28mg vitamin B6, 0.72µg vitamin B12, 10mg vitamin C.

I'm currently trying to bulk up and food alone is doing the trick. I also drink lots and lots of half skimmed milk. But I think I could use some help with my weight training recovery times.

8g of protein and 145kcal in 40g is pretty crappy, isn't it? Still, I don't know how to compare it to other products because values are usually stated "by serving". How much is serving?
