we haven't done a team challenge in a while - anyone interested in doing one?

have it run 4 - 6 weeks - with the team with the highest percentage of lbs l ost getting bragging rights?

i probably should have given more info - :)

basically we'll pick a start date - probavly April 1 -

whomever wants to play will be put on teams - number of teams will be dependent on number of players)
there might be some weekly additional challenges thrown in to keep you motivated (depending o nhow motivated I am :) for bonus points
and we'll pick an end date
at the end date - whichever team has the highest percentage of pounds lost plus bonus points - will be declared the winner :)

the team challenges are fun because it really does encourage bonding with your teammates :) and you are accountable to others other than just yourself

Do stationary bicycle help me reduce weight?
I have been doing spot jogging for 60 minutes 5 days a week for past 40 days and have lost 5 kgs.

Will I be able to do the same with stationary bicycle?

How are we going to do teams? Do we invite each other to be on a team and create team names or something?? Or are you going to put us on teams and tell us to get at it? :)
