Same as usual. Post weigh ins once a week, give yourself a goal for the month!

I'm starting with my last March weigh in since I weigh fridays

March 29: 141.6
April 5: 140.4 :D (-1.2)
April 12: 140.2 :( (-0.2)
April 19: 139.2 :) (-0.6)
April 26: 139 (-0.2)

Going for 139. I know it's not much but my weight loss has been CRAWLING lately. So 2.6 pounds in a month!

If I am in, then here are my numbers:

April 01: 393.6
April 08:
April 15:
April 22:
April 30:

I'm shooting for 374, which will be an 19.6 pound loss in 29 days. That means I need to lose between 0.9% and 1.1% of my weekly starting weight every week. It also means I need to lose a little more this month than I did in March (17 lbs).

April 9: {Pace = 269.1}
April 16: {Pace = 267.0}
April 23: {Pace = 264.9}
April 30: {Goal = 263}

1.2 pound loss this week. Finally things are starting to move again!
 
I'm going to pick 312 as my goal. I'll give myself to the 30th if I need it.

April 13th 322.8 (BULSH!)
April 20th 318.4 (That's more like it!)

My goal is 185. I have been having a hard time this past two weeks so I'm shooting just for a pound a week. And hopefully be in the low 185. This is of course I can still play

Way ahead of the pace so far, but this has the tendency to correct itself. Nevertheless, being ahead of the pace is always better than being behind it.

Great job everyone . I was really excited for my weigh in this week, till I realized that I am going out for dinner on Thursday night and my weigh in is friday morning!!! High sodium meal just before my weigh in! :( Oh well, as long as I see a good loss the week after.
