If you would like to join me, all ya need to do is pick up the April Issue of Prevention Magazine and turn to pages 104 - 111
It's an awesome 6 Week Walking Challenge that also has you doing Butt Booster Strength Moves indoors on certain days.
The challenge has had results of women losing either 10, 15, to 20 lbs. during the end of the 6 weeks. *WooT!*
The walking plan (brief description)
Each week has it's own instructions; step-by-step
Brisk 30 min. walks, Hill Walks, Bun-Shaper Walks and so on.
