This is a challenge for April to loose 2lb a week each

Dont worry if you dont make it, but give it a shot and see if you can loose 8lb in a month, maybe more!

Copy and paste the following to a new post - and good luck :) (if you're part of the 8 week challenge and want to change your weigh in day to Friday - that's fine too - just edit the dates accordingly)

I'm in, March wasn't so great for me so April WILL be better :D

Start Weight = 132.5lbs

5 apr= 132lbs (-0.5lbs)
12 apr= 130lbs (-2lbs!!)
19 apr = 132lbs (+2lbs eek!)
26 apr = 131lbs (-1lb)

Finish Weight = 131lbs
Total Lost in April = from 5th April 1lb (bleh), since April 1st 1.5lbs (bleh)
The only thing I am thankful for is that at least it went down and not up :)

Quick question.. Our starting weight, should it be our weight 1 week before april 5th? or is it april 5th but have in reality 3 weeks to lose the 8 lbs? Just wondering :)
 
starting weight should be your first weigh in for april - which most people are using thursday or friday but as long as you use the same day - as long as it's an april date - pick your own..
