Howdy, I'm Danielle and I'm 15. At most i was 143 pounds and rn I am 119. But I'm not slim from all the prossesd foods and chips/soda. I don't care how heavy I am i just want to be slimmer. I haven't found a post on someone doing the acv diet so I thoght I would do it for you and tell you how it went!!!

You can try other recipes for the drink online like the one w cinnamon but it is super gross (hint... dont try it) so I made my own recipe that tastes like a Shirley temple!!!

You will need:
1 cup of cold water
4 cherries and cherry juice
2 tbs of lemon
1 tsp of honey
And sugar to make it sweet!!!
(I still eat bad so I dono if you want cherries if there bad 4u. But this recipe is cherry flavor so...)

I'd drink this once a day. That's what I'm doing.

So this is my second time trying acv. I had a cup of it in juice and couldent finnish it, and the one with cinimen was to gross. I will take this every day and track my results and affects! I just started my job witch is kinda heavy labor so if I lose more than you or whatever this might affect my results. Also i dont exercise since I traveled 5.6 miles at work the other day.
 
How much cherry juice and what kind?

Yea but it helps w alot of other stuff. I'm too lazy to go all turbo healthy and w my job I shouldent need to exercise. I'm trying this out and I'll see if it works. I have only found info about it helping w weigh loss. I'm a good weight I just need a slimmer stomach.

The reason you have not found anybody is because most members here do not follow fad diets and are attempting to make healthy lifestyle changes.

If you are a good weight and still flabby then you need to add appropriate exercise and nutrition, there is also plenty of obese people with very strenuous jobs, a strenuous job is often not enough and if it is very repetitive can also lead to muscle imbalance which leads to injuries if not balanced out with exercise targeting the antagonist muscles.

Yea it's better than my old lifestyle.
 
It's my 3rd day and I have no complaints. I have the weekend off from work and all my mussels have been hurting getting used to work and actually doing active stuff. My sleeping pattern is a little bad rn and I got to fix it up. After I drink the acv mix I try to drink 24 oz of water (not all but i try) I feel better and even if it is just the water since I don't drink enough.

I was wondering if I should take pictures to track my progress further since I could gain some muscle and that is heavier than fat and could mess w the scail.

Is their is anything else I could do. I did some exercises off videos on you tube before but i dont think I'm doing them proper.

I am eating better, I slipped up for a day and consumed a box of cookies and two boxes of gummies w pasta but I've been staying away from pasta and other foods. I don't even think I ate anything today. I had work and only had a drink than went for a nap. I only had the acv and some pizza bites.

Drinking more water is generally a good thing, but not eating anything other than some pizza bites is worrying to me. Your body needs nutrients to keep this thing going, if only because not eating/eating very little stresses your body and stress makes you more likely to carry your fat on your belly. Please try to eat regular, healthy meals.

Thanks, I'll try to eat more. I had a box of strawberries already and I'm having steak for lunch today.

Also, I used to be badly anemic and have migrane daily probubly from only eating junk and not nutritional food. After quoting soda and cutting down on the processed food I lost 24 pounds.
 
I didnt have work this weekend and i had steak for lunch both days, cut up strawberries and acv with some cookies and that has been my general food intake. Ofcorse I ate more but that is the food o eat regularly. I have work tomorrow and havent had my acv today.
 
It's been a while... kinda, bet you thoght I quit. I'm still doing the acv. 1 tbs a day around 9pm. I'm still at 119 but that's not my goal. People have said that I lost fat on my back/neck, Face and maby thighs? (Not while on the acv thing)I have marks on the inside of my thighs. And its not from skinny pants... I'm going to try to do some excersises.. I don't know witch ones, but some that help my abs and core. With all the walking I do my legs are the most fit. I don't really care if acv helps In this way its healthy in general and in not feeling worse by using it.

I need to take b4 and after photos and really track my progress. This week I'm working 8 hours a day, a bit much for a 15 year old I think. Like how working at a store stacking goods you need to be 17 but my job you can start at 14!?! What the hell. I was wondering if a water fast on my weekends off would be good. I dono if I go out ill probubly eat but I'll look into it. I should really do the intermediate fasting since I have the time set in my phone. Any advice?
 
I'm in a bad spot rn. I'm going to stop for a while. I'm feeling really sad and have been for a while. Shit just got worse and I'm taking a break for now. I'll start again when my mindset improves.

Thanks, I'll try to eat better, stress and anger made me drink a few energy drinks since last year so I got to stop that. I'll be back to updating to this forum soon, goodnight.
