yes, i have found apples do a very good job. over the holidays, christams and new years, i managed to loose 4 lbs by just eating apples. well, not just apples, but similar items. when i went to college, i got in the habit of eating all the time. so when i came home i wanted to stop and it took a while to figure out how to keep from munching all day. every day i do this meal patern..
breakfast-- bowl of cheerio's and a yogurt
lunch-- cup of soup and a few crackers and apples
dinner-- chicken with brown rice and mixed vegies
and if that isnt enough, in between, i eat apples or drink water. thats what has seemed to help me out, but... good luck. hope that helps
