Anything else I can do?

I am in excellent health. I go to the gym every day. I am currently 16 and I am on a good diet. I am very fit and I train for tennis. I take a protein bar before and after the gym. I am looking for any information I can take my fitness level to the next game? Should I try and other protein mix or shakes, supplements, suggested workouts, etc... anything you can think of that a typical 16 year old kid might be missing?

Eat lots of real food not too much protein bars/shakes etc. Watch the sugar content of these foods and stay away from the ones with high fructose corn syrup...

Aside from that, you say you are healthy and doing all the right stuff, so how could we help you improve without knowing what you are doing? I would say if you are in tennis and also weight lifting knowlegably, then the only thing you could make sure you get is some interval training... but don't know if you are getting that or not.

Please don't take supplements, you don't need them, especially if you eat right.

Also, if you are looking to improve you tennis game, what particularly would you like to improve on?

My workouts are pretty high intense. One day I will do upper body only. Then the following day I do abs, cardio, and some legs. I also take a cycling class almost every other day for an hour on top of my workout. I also started to jump rope to pump me up even more. I would like to do more with medicine balls and the swiss balls but I really do not know to many workouts with them. So by interval training do you mean for it to be pretty intense or what? Right now on my tennis game I am the top of my level, but there is always room for improvement. I would really love to work on my footwork and balance for tennis. It seems if I workout the day before playing tennis, my footwork gets screwed up and I'm not moving my feet correctly.

I do get to the gym everyday now. I haven't had much of a problem at all. It seems like I am spacing the workouts out perfectly. Thank you for the help.

Yes, definately some rest days!!
If you are intense every day your body cannot heal, making it harder to improve. So do not forget to take a day off, either just walking, or doing nothing, once a week.

If you feel resting is not an option, use that day to do a bit of balance and core work, if you are not already blasting your core elsewhere. But it should be minimal, like I (and R.Lewis) said, you need to rest too.
