Alright. I don't get nutrition.

Honestly.

I cannot seem to grasp this ever-so difficult skill.

I don't get it. I tried some BMI calculator earlier, and it said that my BMI is 19. 1 point below the average (20-25) BMI for males in my age group.

I eat. WHAT am I doing wrong. I work out every day (well, now, I rest about 2 times a week). I am trying my UBER fullest to get the maximum amount of protein a day. Can SOMEONE make something go in my head? I guess my main concern with eating is that I figure I need to eat less in order to lose that morbid fat around my stomach. :mad:
 
BMI is crap. Just clip it! lol, bf% is #1. Get that number, then see what's good.
 
are you tracking daily calorie intake closely? You need to know this, because if you're eating at maintenance, you won't lose. If you're eating too low below maintenance, your body goes to starvation mode, and you won't lose.
