I cannot seem to grasp this ever-so difficult skill.
I don't get it. I tried some BMI calculator earlier, and it said that my BMI is 19. 1 point below the average (20-25) BMI for males in my age group.
I eat. WHAT am I doing wrong. I work out every day (well, now, I rest about 2 times a week). I am trying my UBER fullest to get the maximum amount of protein a day. Can SOMEONE make something go in my head? I guess my main concern with eating is that I figure I need to eat less in order to lose that morbid fat around my stomach.
