anyone use a pda/pocket pc to keep track of fitness?

I just got an Ipaq and I already have some spreadsheets to keep track of how much I'm lifting, how many times I'm lifting it, my weight, and my food and drink intake. (I need to start counting calories but haven't yet)

It makes it very convinient not to have to mess with a pad and paper, and I get to listen to my mp3's on it while I lift.

Anyone else use something similar?

Ive got a book for lifting, a book for diet and a folder notes.

But I would use a PDA if they were easyer to use. I find it much easyer in the gym with pen and paper.
