I have always had trouble falling sleep my whole life. I feel tired at night I just can't go to sleep! If it matters, I am currently taking a multi-vitamin, st. johns wort, and a antioxidant formula. Today at the vitamin shop while I was buying some more st. johns wort I saw this stuff called "Snooze-In With Melatonin", I didn't buy any because I wanted to see what other people have to say about it.
