Anyone Seen Quick Results

Im a realist and I know it can take upto six months before you start to see results but has anyone seen any quick results in building muscle or losing weight in 2 weeks or less? If so how?
 
losing weight you could probibily see results very fast as for building muscle mass its not going to happen in such a short time frame(not natural )
 
AND, along with what Marko said, i would add, it depends on where you atart. if you are 50 lbs over weight you can lose 10 pretty fast. if you are 15 lbs over weight-- not so easy.
