Hi everybody! I'm new here. I'm doing a modified version of south beach and my weight loss if progressing fairly well with the exception of the gains I get from cheating. I was reading the abs diet book at the bookstore (can't buy it, I'm broke). It claims to get you to your goal in less than 6 weeks. If this is true, I want to try it. I halfway believe it, but at the same time, it sounds too good to be true.
Has anybody tried it with good results?
