Anyone try Herbal Magic? How was the service? Rates? What you had to do, visits and stuff? Please enlighten me. I live by one so I am a little bit curious.

Hi there.

i have been on the programe since jan 1 2006 and lost 22lb.

now i have to warn you it is very expensive. to join get it when they have a special on or you will pay alot depending how much you want to loose.

than you have to buy 3 different supplements about $200-$300 a month!

since i have been dieting and taking diffrent vitamins for years i basicly
bought my own supplents at a local vitamin store. so i dont have to buy they "brand" and paying less. but they are catching on and i will be quitting soon.

if you are interested in the quick loss program i can send it to you and i can let you know what i am taking every day with this program.

I would suggest that you do a detox of your colon intestines ect.. that will help get you started.

i hope this helps

You are so right on the cost of Herbal Magic. I went last week for an appointment and just about fell off the chair. The program cost isn't that bad but when you go to buy the supplements, holy cow. I can't see myself paying 200 - 300 a month for supps. for 25 weeks. That is way out of my reach and is probably for alot of people. It is an awesome program but the cost of it makes people frustrated to lose weight because of the cost. If you can afford it, it is definately worth doing it.

Don't DO IT!

I'm looking up Herbal magic forums on the web and telling everyone -DO NOT get sucked into this - it's expensive, it's crap, and you won't lose much weight!

The eating program itself is OK, but you are expected (pressured) to buy expensive pills every week. ($54 each time) plus a $30 monthly for chromium pills (which cost 5 bucks at the drugstore) And believe me, when you say you can't afford to buy them, the franchise owner will not be happy with you, and expect to get an uncomfortable vibe from them each time you go for your weigh in (3 times a week).
The pills bunged me up, and didn't work. Initially they did stave off cravings which helped. But after that, they did nothing. AND NOW, since I haven't reached my goal weight within my 12 weeks, they are saying I have to pay $15 per week.

Initially I paid over $900 to join, and was told that it would be for a YEAR of consultations, weigh-ins, etc.

But since their program hasn't worked (and I was pretty on track much of the time), now I AM BEING PENALIZED.

Herbal magic won't get another cent from me, and I urge you not to join.

Learn from me, and don't get into wasting a couple thousand on this crappy diet. Do weight watchers or something that has a better reputation that won't be sucking your wallet dry!!!!:cuss:
