Just like to point out to anyone from UK, that whey protein is now down to £11.99 per tub at holland and barrett!!! :D
 
I brought some body fit whey protein smoothie powder from Holland & Barrett yesterday. It was only £5.49 reduced from about a tener i think. This protein powder comes in a smaller tub than the one you mentioned above, thats why i got it.

they do it regularly, rotating the offers every 2-3 months.

i buy several tubs of that body fortress stuff when its on offer and it usually lasts me through to the next sale, other wise try typing 'myprotein' into google uk, ive used them several times and its an impressive site, good stuff and good prices, particularly when you buy in bulk. i have a code that gets you 5% off anything you order, let me know if you want it anytime.

H&B are one of these stores that is constantly having sales, but if you time it right you can get stuff a lot cheaper so buy multiple.
 
Not sure Jackie but, they always seem to have a sale on their sports nutrition stuff. The reverted to full price once and, I can't imagine they sold much because, the bodyfortress stuff isn't the best whey protein available (although, its worth buying it cheap!)

I just got 480 creatine caps from H&B for under £20 :)
 
Only thing about Holland & Barrett is that they dont seem to sell many of the top brands which is why i dont go. But it is cheap! :)
 
I bought the Body Fortress stuff once and almost threw up when I tried to drink it.
Does anyone have any tips with that stuff? Like what's the nicest flavour? And does it taste best with milk or water? etc...
