anyone heard of glucomannan or tonalin?

Tonalin:

Tonalin is a proprietary form of Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is an Omega-6 fatty acid.

Good stuff. Very strong anti-oxidant and no stimulant properties. I take 9-12g/day and have for the past 4-5 years, with no negative sides whatsoever. My MD says my lipid profile is "textbook perfect". :D

Glucomannin is just a complex carb that turns to gel in your stomach to make you feel full. Nothing special.

thanks for the info, was beginning to think no one else had ever heard of these. The glucomannin had been suggested by the magazine to make you feel full and then wouldn't eat as often, thought would check into it. Thanks

The tonalin has me more curious but I already take quite a few supplements and am wondering about any more??
So far I take glucosamine, flax seed oil capsules, vegapure capsules(new to these told might help lower cholestrol)multivitamin, calcium tabs and garlic tabs(again for the cholestrol)
and a dandelion root herb that is suppostu clean your liver.

Do you take tonalin by itself or is it in another brand? I am looking for best road to take with this.

Thanks
