Well, I was having so much fun with my iPod Touch, and as my luck would have it, my old phone went on the fritz, and AT&T basically sent me a refund and told me to get a new phone, so I got the new iPhone 3GS 32GB.
I have to say I LOVE this thing. I can use it for *everything* well almost![Big grin :D :D](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
So I wanted to ask....
Does anyone have one and what apps do you use for health and fitness? I have "Lose it", and "Nike Training for Women" so far. Lose it can use a *lot* of work, but if you know what your caloric intake should be (and you can adjust this somewhat) it is a good way to gauge what you are eating weekly, and you can input exercises as well. I like that it gives you the ability to "create" your own foods (which basically means, anything they don't already have on their list, you can add- same with the exercises)
On the Nike training you can create a workout routine and follow your progress.
So has anyone found any other apps that they think are really great for working out or for watching your caloric intake?
Oh, I also have a few great food programs that I refer to sometimes:
Whole foods recipes (natural and organic foods)
Yum yum (has vegan food recipes)
All recipes (mostly for the kids and when I'm stumped what to make them, but also I sometimes alter the recipe to make it healthier)
They have the "Couch to 5k" app on there, and a few others. So....do you use any and which ones do you like?
