Ive I’ve been embarrassed of my weight recently and i was looking around and i finally found this website called LINK DELETED. Duno if anyone else has tried it, but please share.... anyway to my surprise the diet has been working for me, my starting weight was 104 kgs, my goal is 80ish kgs and im currently on 95. so im pretty happy the way things are going. I do reccomend it to others.
