I am not from South Africa, I am in Australia but just wanted to say hi and welcome. The program is fantastic and yes works fast. Best weight loss program I have ever been on.

Doing well on the diet so far

I am male 37 years old 1.91 m tall (6ft 4)ish who starte the diet at 140kg, its five weeks later and I am now weighing 121.2 (as of the morning) which is nearly 20kg off, so I am very happy :) - goal weight is 100kg

I fell off the wagon SOOOO badly this past weekend. I'm going to go see my consultant during the week.

This is the second time on the plan for me. I went on it before and kept the weight off very successfully for 5 years, but then picked it all up plus a ton extra by eating for 5 whilst pregnant. I also have to lose 40 odd kilos. I started at 95, need to get to 52.

Well done on the 20kg - thats fantastic in only 5 weeks.

Started Cohen's on 2 November and loving it. The last few Kg's are now getting a bit tougher to lose and the weight loss has slowed down a bit and hoping to be ordering refeed soon.:waving:

Hi everyone I have been on cohen's since 15 May 2009 and have lost a total
of 11 kgs as of today 22 June 2009 still have a lot more to lose but this
plan makes it so worth while. I am from Cape Town and hope to travel this
journey alongside all of you as I am my only real support system.

Hi All - I made the call today and have an appointment for Wednesday Morning! This has got to work! I have to lose weight and keep it off this time. I hope we can all get support from each other to keep us motivated. Any hints and tips will be much appreciated. LOL Jenni

I have only just started and am on week 2... It has been a hard week but well worth the results. I have been working from home a lot the last week and so sitting in has made it harder for me!! But now on week 2 and today is feeling good!!

All i can say is prepare for the big day!!! lol
I had been given sooo many tips from people on here about prep for the big day and i followed them all and i am glad i did!!!

I am looking forward to hearing more from you!!!

Hi All

Sorry I have been so quiet lately things have been really hectic
although I have stayed true to my program and weight loss has been great
since the last time I posted on here. As at the end of 16 weeks my weightloss was 27kg. I am now starting my 17th week on cohens and loving it. Truly holding thumbs for myself that I will be slim and beautiful for the first time in about 12 years this coming summer. I really cannot wait to wear clothes in smaller sizes sometimes I wish the weight loss would go even faster
but now I think that I should be thankfull for what I have accomplished thus far.
I am 32 yrs old, am a single parent of a 5 yr old boy but I do have a loving
and supportive partner, we are from Cape Town and spring seems to be coming late this year as the weather is really cold and gloomy. Hope you guyz are going well on your weight loss journeys
 
Hi Missy, It's great to hear that you are doing so well. It is excellent that you have a supportive partner as it makes the program much easier if we have support rather than people trying to sabotage us. Our other SA gals seem to have dropped off our radar a bit lately. We're heartily sick of the wintry weather as well. We have gone from drought to the wettest winter in decades, here in Tasmania. Crazy world! Keep up the good work & hears to you being in beautiful summer clothes in small sizes! Cheers, Cate
