Anyone else following The Day off Diet?

I recently purchased The day off diet about four weeks ago and wondered if anyone else is following the program?
I started the program about 4 weeks ago at 278 lbs. I'm not at 260 lbs.
I've been documenting my my progress in my blog, but am looking for more support from others following the program.

So far I really love the program, I never have to count calories or points and I'm no longer obsessed with food. I've started the strength training program included which has really helped with my energy. I finally feel like I can really lose weight, something I never really believed until now.

Just looking for fellow followers!

Take care,
Lorrie

Whatever works for you. Though it's a shame you had to purchase your lifestyle.

happy happy joy joy

I agree, the diet industry is a huge market! I've paid a lot for weight watchers, diet books etc in the past. Would you have said the same thing if I said I was following/paying for weight watchers? no.

The day off diet was very inexpensive and has afforded me the ability to finally lose weight while keeping my sanity. It has been a real change in my life whereas weight watchers and calorie counting added more work into my life. I'm eating better than I ever have and exercising. I'm not longer worried about not losing weight.

Anyway, don't be such a judgmental negative nelly :) good things come to those who are positive :)

I hope it goes well

I am always looking out for the perfect weight loss program.....so goodluck if you have found one that suits your lifestlye. As well we all know the media is always selling one weightloss method or another so those new ones coming out are probably running out of titles. Take care and all the best losing.

Sam:)

day off diet

are you still doing that day off diet?
If so, how is it going? How quickly did you loose weight?
If not, why'd you stop?

I'm considering buying it.

This diet is a good one. I learned so much from it, and it also helped me when I was losing weight. A few tips and tricks added from myself and other diets, and no more unwanted pounds. ;)
