I've got an old Soloflex muscle machine. I've tried all the workouts in the manual and I didn't really like any of them. Does anyone know any good routines for developing explosive power, speed and endurance?
I prefer freeweights too but the Soloflex doesn't have pulleys. It uses rubber bands. It cost me a fortune and it really isn't as good as it looked on TV.
I was hoping someone had better luck with it and might give a few pointers.
