Sport Any1 got any heathly curry recipes that i could try??

DAHL - fry lentils with onion garlic and ginger for a couple of mins, then add cumin seeds and fry for 2 more mins, add boiling water simmmer for 15. Done
 
Hehe too funny. Some of the curry mixes arent that bad I have heard dont know how healthy they are. Have you tried googling it. There might be some recipes on fitday as well.
 
How can a homemade curry not be healthy??

Lean meat - good
tomato- good
brown rice - good
herbs/spices - good

Get my drift??? Haha
