Any use for Antioxidants?

I was wondering if anyone takes an antioxidant supplement. I've been taking one for some time now and have done some research. There seems to be plenty of benefits to taking an antioxidant supplement but do they justify the cost?

What are some of your thoughts?
 
Why not just eat food with antioxidants in it? Virtually any fruit or vegetable has some antioxidants in them, (even orange juice has antioxidative properties) so it might be easier and cheaper to just to balance your diet better.

But yes, getting AO's in general is extremely important, especially since we're exposed to so many toxins and other factors that produce free radicals in our bodies. They're basically one of biology's clean up crews.
