Any suggestions?

Hello all. I've been working out since the end of June and as of right now I haev officially lost 3 inches off my waist and I am definetely in the best shape of my life. Funny thing is I havent weighed myself in months and I have no clue what my weight is but I definetely lost some pounds.

I'm noticing defenition in my body that I never thought was possible. I've stuck to an Abs workout that has been amazing, plus I've been doing a lot of cardio. I run about 4 days a week and drink about 80oz of water a day.

Anyway, I've still got my mid section and some love handles to deal with. It's not that bad but I would love nothing more than to get rid of them. I know I have to be patient, but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for other cardio workouts? When I run, I basically run a total of 2 miles.. I would run more but there are so many hills that I'm just really tired and my legs burn by the end of the run. Should I continue to just do that? I mean I feel that I get more out of running up a lot of these hills rather than running flat surfaces for a longer distance. Any suggestions? I'd love to know!

2 miles is all you should need. You don't need to over exert yourself, othewise you are more likely to quit.
You may want to examine your diet, as that IS the most important part of weight loss. Something else that will help (if you aren't doing it already) ... running first thing in the morning before you've eatin anything.
How many times a week do you run? 3-4 is generally enough to keep your body from hating you ...

I run 4 times a week. Which is why I think I've already seen my drastic changes. However, I do not run in the morning, because I rather sleep than wake up extra early. I usually eat a bowl of cereal or have oatmeal... but I drink a lot of water as I stated. My schedule usually works like this:

Work at 9:45
Come home at 6:30
Run
Eat dinner

I certainly do run before I eat dinner which I'm glad I do.. cause if I'm correct I assume I still burn calories even after running?
