I have been looking at random things online, and I eventually realized that I have not been eating enough meats. Actually, I haven't been eating any at all basically. Most of my diet is made of carbs, like oatmeal, wheat, beans, and vegetables. Sometimes I eat things with peanut butter or tomato sauce.
So what are some healthy, preferably low-costing, meats? I don't want to eat something with a lot of saturated fat in it.
