I am new to HIIT, and have read everything I could find about HIIt online, and I would love to read about HIITers success stories in losing fat, compared to regular cardio.
I started out doing 45 min of regular cardio for 3 weeks before finding out about HIIT so I really dont know of how results differ. I am very attracted to HIIT because of the fact that it burns more fat than reg. cardio, and that it increases your metabolism. HOw has HIIT worked for you? And Can we do HIIT forlife?
