Looking for some advice from a Nutritionist on here. 5-10, 185, looking to lose another 15 lbs, have lost 40 in the last year. Very active, work out 6 times a week, sometimes twice. Both weights and cardio. Consuming about 2000 calories.

Thanks

There's probably two different things going on; most likely you've plataued and need to change up your excercise routines. Something completely different to confuse your muscles. Are you sure you're eating 2000 kcal and not less you really need to eat enough to keep your metabolism working for you. Take a good look, are you eating frequently enough. By now you've lost 40 lbs. Great job! Take measurements so you know you're making progress moving forward.

I'm not a nutritionist, but I'm curious:
Have you plateaued or are you still slowly losing weight? and, Why do you want to be at 170?

Nutrition certainly does not have an effect on hair loss, and amount of nutrients to the cells absorb, and proteins are required by the body to repair tissues and cells, growth, and remember to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day. Vegetables, salads and fruits and take this the best of health, diet and the daily average must contain 30% protein from various sources to maintain good health, protein is used for skin and hair replacement.
