Weight-Loss any microwave chefs out there? recipes?

Hi... I just now,... today... found out about browning pans...
and they are on my MUST buy list! I'm a HUGE fan of this miracle of science, and now.... I'm going to get even better!
I'm looking for anyone who has adjusted their cooking style to make the most use of microwave ovens!

I nuke frozen tilapia, does that count? Little bit of lemon pepper, flip, good to go!

But I don't know about microwave chef...

I cook a lot of my fruit and veg in the microwave ("steaming" by adding a little bit of water to a covered microwave container, putting in the chopped up fruit/ vegetables, and zapping them until they're a bit less hard), but I have a feeling that's not what you're talking about.
