Started a kettlebell routine today, got them about about a week ago (the dragondoor ones) and started doing some stuff. Yesterday I formed a 'plan' and now have a 3 month commitment to try and lose some weight.
Anyone else into kettlebells here?
I used to lift pig iron 10 years ago, then gained a bunch of extra weight and got really out of shape. About a year ago I started a weight regiment and tore my biceps tendon, so after some research I've decided that these will help rehab my shoulder, give me some cardio that feels like lifting, and will hopefully get me in reasonable shape. Well I'm going to try anyway!
