Any Ideas?

Well i've been using this site in order to create a workout routine that will adequately prepare me for when I start my basic training as an infantryman in the british army. Im going to put my workout routine and i'd appreciate it if you could tell me how I could improve it or if it looks good enough to get me on my way to a good overall fitness.

Monday- AM- 5 mile run (7/8min mile pace)
PM- Push and lift class for an hour at the gym- sauna/steam

Tuesday- AM- 5 mile run
PM- 1 mile swim- sauna/steam room

Wednesday- AM- 5 mile run
PM- Circuit Training- sauna/steam room

Thursday- AM- 5 mile run
PM- Push and lift- sauna/steam room

Friday- PM- gym- doing 20,25,30,35,40 press ups and 20,30,40,50,60 sit-ups, crunches on an exercise ball, also pike on the ball. Then I finish off with high effort on the rowing/ergo machine.

Saturday- Rest day

Sunday- 1 mile swim- sauna/steam room

Thank you and will be waiting for any advice.

Here it is: TAA

Dont slow down, just set your mind to it, move forward and in time you'll see yourself in a better shape. Personally, from my own experience, seeing myself toner only gives me more encouragement to keep moving forward.

With Best of Hope,
Rusty
